Hello Dr Shradha, May be the use of complex starch (like oats (50gm/day)) with strength training exercise can be helpful to overcome post weight loss fatigue and weakness. also if there is history of hypothyroidism, checkout TSH, T3 and T4 along with a dose of thyroxin.
