1 post MI and cabg obese patient came with major concern about symptom of sleep apnoea. occasionally dizziness, restlessness and h/o fall and age related atrophy in ct scan.   allopth drs done holter monitoring, abpm. and said tongue is blocking airway which distrurbs sleeep.

what are the reasons of such condition.

what is holter monitoring? how this test done? and why?

is their any realation with this test and sleep apnea?

how to treat such patient by madhavbaug treatment?

pls find the holter monitoring report and list of medicines..

2 second patient came with h/o episodes of dizziness, syncope…when braught to allopth hospitals recovered on its own…

in this case is arrhymias the cause of fall and episodes of syncope?

what to suggest to patient?
