NBM for 1 Day
- Plz Guide ,Can we use NBM
for a day to CCF patients ? If Yes ,then what precautions?
In CHF also who having Fluid overload ?
Yes,
Definately we can give NBM treatment to CHF pts.
make Sure to monitor Their Vitals 2-3 hrly including bp, Pulse, Intake and Output charting.
If patient is taking medicines like Oral hypoglycemic agents monitor bsl levels before consuming the medicines.
advise patient to take rest and no exertion to go for.
start initial langhan/NBM for 6 hrs then check tolerance and then proceed accordingly to 12 to 18 to 24 hrs.
