post covid patient diagnosed with PAH with symptoms of heart failure. improving with HFRT ..please guide for treatment of PAH… ( amin sir once said endothelial dysfunction shd be improved in diffrential diagnosis lecture with lung exercises)

also guide about how to read holter monitoring reports…( above patient came with reports of ectopic beats and atrial fibrillation reports)
