People who’ve had prolonged immobility or reduced mobility of the shoulder are at higher risk of developing frozen shoulder. Though Diabetes can be the major reason for it, frozen shoulder may be the result of many factors, including:
Now question arises, how to treat Frozen shoulder patients?
Active exercises related to the ligaments, muscles and capsule of the shoulder joint can be the best effective mode to treat Frozen shoulder. You can prescribe the 90 days Frozen shoulder care plan in the MIB Pulse application. As you said his PP serum Insulin levels are on higher side which clearly indicates that with every meal he has chances that he might go in hypoglycemia.
Now, what makes his serum insulin rise?

To treat him, you have to implement following steps
- He should have only two meals a day
- Avoid Milk, Sugar, Rice and Wheat like contents in his food.
- Reduce his weight further below 25 BMI
- DM basti can be used to reduce his serum Insulin levels.

Micro and Macrovascular changes in elderly diabetics lead to non dipping pattern of BP in a diabetic individual which can pose a threat to his life expectancy and other complications like nephropathy, neuropathy, retinopathy and cardiac events.
