After rejection for three times for self ct angiography at different centre’s  (reason was heart rate between 70-80) patient came with this report…

1 What to counsel the patient now ?(irp treatments are going on)

2 what is ” long disease” meaning in this report?

3 whether cause of stenosis I.e narrowing of coronaries ((mentioned in catheter angiography report)) is only due to athoramotous plaque or some other reasons? What to counsel ?

4 now which tests should be advised  in the patients to check blockages  ? ( gls, mpi aren’t available in our area)

5 what measures to be taken before sending the patient to ct angiography other than ?

6 need some more guidence about first visit flow of catheter angiography patient in madhavbaug clinic
