A young patient age15 suffering from hiv since childhood bas his parents are both hiv positive. Hehas no any symptoms but only mild fatiguecame for madhavbaug opd for medicine who help immuno modulation andfor energy boost up. Please suggest medicine

As rightly said by Omkar sir Balya Kalpa is among the first choice of drug for managing asymptomatic HIV +ve Patient. Many studies point to positive impact of ayurvedic herbs like ashwagandha, shatavari but also of Amla, Guduchi. So consider adding Madhavprash and goodilax as both Rasayan and immunomodulator. Even a combo of Amalaki ,Haridra and Guduchi should be beneficial which is available in Endogaurd.

Balya medicines like Ashwagandha, Shatavari will be helpful in this case. Sir you can give Balya Kalpa with Milk empty stomach at morning to this patient or Tab Symsa 1BD.
